Prehnite with Tanzanite & Diopside from Tanzania – 5.18 grams

    1 item left

Attractive multi-mineral specimen featuring bright apple-green prehnite crystals with a botryoidal, almost layered texture, contrasted by areas of violet-blue tanzanite and green diopside. The combination creates a natural color contrast rarely seen in a single piece from this locality.

Prehnite typically forms in rounded, grape-like aggregates, while diopside and tanzanite (a variety of zoisite) occur in association within metamorphic environments in Tanzania. This makes for an interesting collector specimen showcasing multiple mineral species together.
