    On each crystal and mineral specimen you will see an acronym under the description of the product to give you an idea of the size of the piece. Generally, our photos do not give you a definite idea of the size specimen that it is, so these acronyms, as well as the photos posted below will give you a good reference point to the size of the mineral that you're looking at. 

    Sizing Acronyms in MilliMeters

    TN (Thumbnail) | These crystals/minerals will have a max dimension of 37mm

    MIN (Miniature) | The sizes of these specimen will vary from 38mm to about 64mm in their max dimension.

    SMC (Small Cabinet) | 65mm to 102mm at their largest dimension.

    LGC (Large Cabinet) | These mineral specimens' largest dimension will be 103mm to 152mm.

    XLC (Extra Large Cabinet) | These museum sized mineral specimen will have a dimension of 153mm or larger.
