6cry 2844
Ethiopian opal specimen from displaying vivid play-of-color with strong flashes of red, green, and orange across a translucent body. The color coverage is broad and lively, shifting beautifully with movement and lighting.
This piece is best suited as a specimen rather than cutting material due to its thinner profile, but it makes an excellent display piece with high visual impact.
We recommend that this opal material NOT be submerged in water (unless it is being cut, water will keep it cool), and it should never have any oils applied to it. Also, due to the hydrophane nature of this opal, the weight can vary slightly with humidity.
