This is an amazing and large amethyst crystal. It has hundreds of little crystal faces all over the massive crystal point. While the color is not as deep as some amethyst from this locality, the termination is excellent, and it does still show the beautiful purple beneath the slightly opaque surface. This piece is something that could be gazed upon over and over again, yet still finding something new that you might not have seen before. This is the largest single amethyst crystal that I've ever had available. We consider this piece to be an Extra Large Cabinet Specimen (XLC).
